Buyer must be on live in order to open, if purchased offline, unopened packs will be substituted for the RTYH at current pack rate. 

Two Levels 

SR+ is for an SR/ACE/SR or SAR hit -  15 Pack Minimum

SAR+ is for SR or SAR hits - 50 Pack Minimum
